GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Geniune 2-layer design to provide high air permeability and low pressure drop. This air/chemical filter media come in two standard specification-GE230 & GE420.







Filter media of GE230 is designed for best pressure drop performance and modest odor absorption capability. It is self-supportive and good for mini-pleating.







Filter media of GE420 is designed for the balance of pressure drop and odor absorption capability, with higher carbon concentration. When you make more pleats with this media, you get good odor absorption and lower pressure drop at the same-you don't have to make trade-offs.







Pressure drop, for example, at air flow of 2 m / sec is less than 200 Pa and 400 Pa for GE230 and GE420.







Air permeability is well above 100 cc / cm^2 / sec for both media.







Carbon content is 105 g / m^2 and 255 g / m^2 for GE230 and GE420, representing 70% and 85% of carbon content.







Odor absorption capability: CTC value is 45, maintaining 75% of CTC value of raw activated carbon.







Made of strength nonwoven paper and specially-treated activated carbon, the media is self-supported pleatable and maintains dust collection capability.







These cabin air filter media are suitable for particle filtration (pollen, dust, exhaust) and odor absorption in the field of cabin air filter (AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS), pleated chemical filter & V-Bank filter (CLEANROOM APPLICATIONS).
